In conjunction with the Outsider Art Fair, LAND Gallery released its first art book featuring the work of Nicole Appel, Kenya Hanley, Carlo Daleo, Garrol Gayden, Michael Pellew, and Byron Smith. The 214 page book spans the artistic careers of six LAND artists and includes an introduction by Phillip March Jones. The book has 94 color reproductions, six bios, and a brief history of the studio.

LAND is a studio and gallery based in DUMBO, Brooklyn supporting 15 artists with developmental disabilities. Founded in 2005 by The League Education and Treatment Center, LAND is a unique day habilitation program that teaches life skills through the modality of art. The artists of LAND have exhibited across the country and internationally including at the Outsider Art Fair and the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, London’s Museum of Everything and the Mad Musee in Belgium.
